Terms of Service for Let's Role, Inc.

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Let's Role platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon notice via the platform, email, or other communication methods. Your continued use after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Let's Role is a digital marketplace that provides matching technology to connect employers with job seekers based on geographic location, skills, and job preferences. We are NOT an employer, employment agency, or recruiter. We do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes. Our role is strictly as a facilitator of connections between employers and job seekers through our proprietary matching algorithms and platform features.

We do not:

• Verify job seekers' qualifications or employment history beyond what is provided by the user;

• Provide benefits or employment contracts to users; and/or

• Act as an intermediary for salary negotiations or employment terms.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and guarantee that you meet these requirements. By using this Service, you also agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

To use the Service, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password);

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account; and

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security: We take account security seriously. However, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your login details. For additional security, we may offer two-factor authentication.

5. PROHIBITED USES AND CONTENT

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

5.1 Illegal Activities

• Posting or seeking roles related to unlawful activities such as human trafficking, money laundering, drug trafficking, or positions involving illegal narcotics, firearms, or controlled substances;

• Engaging in terrorism or extremist activities; and/or

• Using the Service to create, upload, post, transmit, or store any content that involves child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to any visual, audio, or written material depicting or facilitating sexual exploitation of minors or any grooming, solicitation, or sexualized communication involving minors.

5.2 Platform Misuse

• Creating fake profiles or posting false information;

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior;

• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications to other users;

• Circumventing the platform's matching algorithms or technology; and

• Engaging in any activity that would disrupt or damage the platform’s operations.

We have zero tolerance for such content or behavior identified in 5.1 or 5.2 above, and we reserve the right to remove any of the above such content. We will immediately, suspend or terminate your account(s), and report relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities as required by law. Our services are intended for lawful use only, and users are responsible for ensuring that their activity on the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, including CSAE, please report it through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at legal@letsrole.ai.

6. USER CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, such as job posts, resumes, or other personal information. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6.2 Content Standards

You agree that all content you submit:

• Must be truthful, accurate, and non-deceptive;

• Must comply with applicable laws, including labor and anti-discrimination laws;

• Must not violate the rights of others or contain harmful content (e.g., hate speech, explicit materials); and

• Must be respectful and professional.

6.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or suspend accounts in cases of violations of these Terms.

7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 Service Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• Job placement, interview opportunities, or hiring outcomes;

• Verification of user identities or qualifications; and/or

• The accuracy or completeness of job postings.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to $100 or the total amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings or opportunities.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Role, Inc., its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Your use of the Service;

• Any violations of these Terms; and/ or

• Any content you submit to the platform.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee complete data security.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its matching technology, algorithms, and branding, are owned by Let's Role. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform’s technology.

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by Users

You may terminate your account at any time by following our account deletion process.

11.2 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these Terms;

• Engaging in illegal activities;

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior; and/or

• Extended periods of inactivity.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

12.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Delaware.

12.3 Arbitration

Before resorting to litigation, both parties agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. Arbitration will take place in Delaware.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Let's Role, Inc.
