We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect the security and integrity of our platform.

· Job Application and Employment-Related Data: Retained as required by applicable labor, tax, and compliance laws.

· Analytics and Usage Data: Retained in anonymized or aggregated form for product improvement. De-identified and aggregated data may be retained for longer periods for research, analytics, and product improvement purposes.

When retention is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize the information.
